• Haliburton Nordic Trails - The Haliburton Nordic Trails Association maintains a series of distinct trail systems comprising nearly 100km of groomed trails for the cross-country ski enthusiast. Our non-profit, community-based association is dedicated to the maintenance of high-quality, groomed trails in Haliburton County. We are situated near Algonquin Park, about two and a half hours from Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

• Hardwood Hills - Come experience Nordic Skiing at its best on 30 km of meticulously groomed trails winding through picturesque snow-laden forests of pine and hardwood. We groom all our trails for both the traditional Classic technique and the newer Skating technique. We keep our trails groomed to perfection with 2 power-tilling snowcats.

• Highlands Nordic - Our 22km of ski trails are 25ft wide and groomed for both classic and skate skiing techniques. Trails are groomed daily by our Piston Bully and trail expert Scott Holmes.

• Horseshoe Resort - The Cross-country skier can enjoy 35 Km of trails and you won’t want to miss the Moonlight ski nights, were you can ski by the light of the moon on lantern lit trails.

• Scenic Caves Nature Adventures - With 18 kilometers of groomed cross country ski trails meandering through a quiet forest of sugar maples, beeches and oaks high atop the Niagara Escarpment, Scenic Caves Nordic Centre gives a whole new meaning to winter nature adventures. Nowhere else in Ontario can you snowshoe or hike across Southern Ontario's Longest Suspension Footbridge! Take a breathtaking 126-metre hike across a narrow bridge, arched 25 meters above a treed valley, 300 meters above Georgian Bay.
